No Bank 2 contribution

Hello all,
Its been a while since ive been on here but i could really use some help decifering whats going on. I have a 2006 F150 king ranch with 204k on it. Last summer, the motor locked up. Lost oil pressure and spun a few bearings in the bottom. I decided to replace the engine with a running engine from a salvage yard. Before i put it in the truck, I pulled the from cover and replaced the entire timing set with all Motorcraft parts, oil pump with a melling mv360hv, and new manifolds. I finally got it in the truck and when i finally got it fired up, its only running on bank 1. I verified this by unplugging each coil pack. I then swapped coil packs from side to side and didint follow, swapped spark plugs side to side and didnt follow. I then unbolted a coil pack, left it hooked up and put a plug in the boot and started it up to verify I had spark on bank 2. I have verified that the injectors are at least operating by taking a long screwdriver and listening to each one.

I have included in this post a video of Forscan live data and a screen shot of all codes. I am not real fluent with Forscan so i am hoping someone can help me but after seeing what forscan is showing, I'm starting to lean toward i got somthing messed up with the bank 2 cam cuz as you can see in the video, if i understand it correcting, bank 2 is way off.

P.S.- there is no backfire through intake or exhaust.

I'm assuming the blown engine was running acceptably despite its issues? If fo I would suspect the PCM has developed an issue OR that the PCM>injector/COP wiring harness for Bank 2 isn't connected properly or has its own problems.

If this isn't the PCM then look to a problem where that wiring harness connects to the PCM for loose fitment etc.

Hope this is easily solved.

Yes, the blown engine ran like a top other than some timing chain noise that i was saving up to do and exhaust manifold tick, never gave any hint of any problems. Pulled our 30' camper quite well.

Last night in my diagnosing, i did pull all connectors at PCM and checked for corrosion and bent or damaged pins. I found nothing. After pondering over it all day while driving down the road, I am wondering if the oxygen sensor is whats causing my issue. I have a code reader that also lets me see a few parameters and it was showing that the Bank 2 oxygen sensor was reading -25% while the Bank 1 oxygen sensor was reading +25%. plus with the code of bank 2 oxygen sensor stuck on rich. i am starting to lean towards a bad oxygen sensor.

Well…….. I don’t know what I did but it fixed its self. Runs smooth as glass. Fights starter on start up but I’m attributing that to the 10 month old gas in the tank. Tommorow test drive day.

already put 1/2 can of sea foam in tank.
