I'm about to change my 8 spark plugs on a 5.4L 2V 2002 F-250. Last year I had to install a Cal-Van insert in cylinder 7 on the drivers side. I followed the directions to the letter on the installation of the insert. When I attempt to remove that spark plug, should I be worried that somehow that Cal-Van insert will also come with it? I have another 7 inserts in the kit that I bought. The Red Loctite should be enough to hold but with the heat cycles that engine gives, I'm sure something could happen... Thoughts?
I do not believe basic easy to find 271/red will hold in the inserts. I have a Timecert set in my 99 and it uses 500 degree locker.271 is good up to 300 degrees. Locktite 272 is good to 450. Yes it is red but more heat tollerant.

A properly installed correct for the application insert (like yours) should stay in place without any drama during a plug change.
