Wiper problems only have high
Using a multimeter, I have 2 volts AC at 100Hz at the pump across the yellow wire, pin 4, and ground, pin 3.
Looking online, I found a place that said that's all controlled in the motor, so I bought a new wiper motor and put in, it still did the same thing.
Next was the SCCM, which I ordered and pulled my truck apart to find I had 4/5 connector locations populated with pins, but the new part only has 2/5 populated. Called the dealership I ordered it from to ship it back. I got that taken care of and she looked up the part needed with the VIN. It is an obsolete part, apparently, and there are none available anywhere she was able to look, assuming nationwide dealer network.
I grabbed a multifunction switch from the junkyard and gave that a go with the same results.
Does anyone know, is 2 volts AC and 100Hz the correct readings on that line, indicating I got a back wiper motor from the jump? Or is that the wrong signal and I will never have properly working wipers again?
I found a schematic that I've been using here on the site.

The voltage I was seeing was feedback or a phantom voltage.
I never thought to check continuity at the wire since I saw SOMETHING there.
Spliced in a new wire and it works properly again.
