93f150 Crank no start

Good morning I have a 93 ford f150 300 with 205,00 on it it cranks but won’t start.
i put new tank and fuel pump along with fuel filter, also plugs wires cap and rotor.
It has 58 lbs of pressure on key and also 58 when cranking its holds the pressure also when it sits.
It has plenty of spark noid lights come on and pulse when flashing will run on either.
The gas that was in it was yellow and funky could it have plugged injectors when he was starting it every month or so.
The only codes were 1-3 and3-3.
Removed spout jumper still won’t start.Pulled a Plug not wet at all.

Put a noid lamp in the injector circuit or make your own
Test each injector squirt manually while your fuel pressure gauge is hooked up
See if the pressure drops as you fire each injector one by one
Your processor may have problems with leaking capacitors
Most of the time, if the processor capacitors leak, it will not set codes
Your code format is 11-10-11 where 10 is the separator between hard fault codes (right now) and continuous (memory) codes
So, when you count the blinks try to figure out what it is saying using that format
Maybe buy an old Star tester if you have more than 1 old Ford to make it easier

Are you thinking to that the injectors are pretty well plugged also that’s what I’m thinking as it sat for so long with yellow crappy fuel in it it took the pump out then injectors that’s why he could not get it started.I was just making sure it was anything electrical like a sensor or something before I pull the top off to get to rail and injectors.

I have all the same symptoms with my '93 5.0l, but..., if I disconnect the battery for five to ten minutes, it fires right up.
