Power Tail Gate Addition

Starting a new tread as the other power tail gate thread is more about issues, mine is about adding the power up feature.
For personal reasons, I would really like the power up feature.
My 2022 F150 Lariat had the power tailgate option. It worked both for down and up.
To my surprise, my 2024 Lariat with the Ultimate and BAP packages only has the auto down.
Anyone have any idea what it would encompass to add the down/up that you can get on a Platinum and up trim level?
If you have P/N's, links to install info or videos, etc... you get an extra gold start for the day!

Interested in this as well. My 2022 F150 also had it and I was very surprised a newer truck at the same level (Lariet) would not have it.

Being that the feature has been available on the 150 longer, I wonder if there has been more thought and discussion about the swap on 150 forums?

Me too. I wish someone would make a retrofit kit. I have a camper shell and it would be really convenient if I could get in the back to sleep without crawling over the tailgate.
