Basic Q' s on pulling engine, 2011 6.7
Couple quick questions -
1. Though probably significantly easier with the cab off, is it physically possible to pull the engine with the cab on?
2. Is it possible to split the engine and transmission and pull just the engine?
3. What is a ballpark weight of the bare engine? Bare trans? Combined?

The only people I've seen take it out the front still had to loose the cab bolts and tilt the cab back. SO... kinda-sorta-not really.
Motor weighs roughly a grand.

I want to say the transmission weighs 400ish LBS.

Got to remove the turbo and EGR cooler and can be pulled out the front of the truck.
