P207F code on F250 6.7
I have a confirmed P207F code. DEF warning light and derate warning also. I had the bed off to replace the support rails. I washed the frame and painted it. Then I got the warning about two days later. Truck says DEF level ok. Do you think I contaminated the DEF fluid?

In April I posted about having the P207F code. I took it to my mechanic for inspection and diagnose the CEL. He replaced the DEF injector as it was caked up/leaking and appeared to be not functioning properly. Did a relearn and everything seemed ok. He said that he couldn't guarantee that the code wouldn't come back. So, the code is back. I looked at the components and the only thing I seen was a little corrosion/leak around the DEF injector mount. I don't know if it's left over from the repair, and they just didn't clean it completely or if it's new and I have a leak on the pipe side of the injector mount. Another thing I notice is that when I shut the truck off and the DEF pump evacuates the DEF line, I have to lean into the wheel well to hear it where before it was louder. Is there an easy way to check the DEF pump operation? The truck is in 50MPH limp mode. Any help is appreciated.

Good morning, just learning how to use FORscan. Took these readings with it. It appears that the DEF pump pressure is ok to me. Is anything else out of normal? Probably going to have to take it to ford to have them diagnose the problem.
