No 4x4!!!

Well I figured it out and wanted to post it on here for someone in the future. It was the wire that goes from the 111 fuse to the back of the relay. Dark green with light green stripe. It’s a single wire that splits into 4 about 5 inches before the 4x4 relay. Somewhere between the back of the fuse panel and the firewall it must have had a break. Instead of taking apart all the perfect wire looms to find it, I just utilized one of the 4 factory accessory wires that go form under the dash to the outside engine compartment to bypass it. I tapped into the green/light green wire behind the fuse panel to get my power and then Retapped into the same wire right before it split into 4. Problem solved, 4x4 works exactly like it should.

On my 03 f350 7.3 auto 4x4, switch on dash ( SOF) didnt have any lite and would not go into 4x4, I found there was no ground on relays ( believe ground is controled by powertrain ecm) I found if I shut engine off, turned SOF switch on dash into 4x4 high, then start, it would shift. Then to get it to come out, I had to momentarily grd the relay ( cant remember which one, but think it was back one) for no more than 3 sec. I put a momentary switch on dash. Not proper, but works. I tried a used PTECM, it didnt work either, so then didnt know if it was faulty also, and new one was $400. Hence switch on dash!!
