Door Wiring

I have a 2004 Super Duty that needed doors. I got a set of clean doors from a 2009. The Wiring harness are different if I wanted to keep the interior trim panels. Are there wiring conversion kits available, or do I have to rewire the inside of the door to match up?

Door harnesses are different. You have to use your 04 door wiring but you can keep the panels and switches and wire them to work with your stock door harnesses.
