A short way forward of the pump is a 2 pin connector then a little further there are 3 large square connectors mounted low on the drivers firewall. he fuel pump wires should pass through one of those large connectors also. I'd put those 2 locations a the top of my suspect list. Both are the most exposed to elements and road BS, so you'll want to check the actual pins in the plugs for corrosion.

The fuel pump relay is in the dash, a little below and left of the factory head unit. It is powered from the 87 pin of the PCM relay and is switched on or off by the PCM through the 40 pin of the PCM connector. From the fuel pump relay power goes over to the inertia switch in the passenger kick panel. The switches have been known to give a problem or 2 but not sure I've ever heard of intermittent stalling being tied to them. I think we're going to need more detail of what is actually going on here. You are losing power to the fuel pump, does everything else continue to work like normal when that happens? What mods have been done to the truck? The more info we have about the truck and what it's doing or not doing the more helpful we'll likely be.

Should my PCM be getting warm?

How warm is "warm"? To be honest I've never checked how hot they get under normal conditions. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the 100 degree neighborhood. Basically warm to the touch but not uncomfortable to leave your hand on it.

Okay just double checking, it’s not too hot to touch just warm. This problem seemed to be getting better by itself so I’m just confused. I’ll keep y’all updated once I get it to a shop for a deep diagnosis

The other fellas got the wiring side covered.

Heard a bit of "not running when hot" which sounds like failing IPR. The solenoids fail when they get hot.

One check is to pull off the solenoid and check resistance, should be around 10.5 ohms.

Or when it fails try cooling the IPR by spritzing an upside down can of air or cold water, see if it starts after cooling.
