The guy I bought the engine from took his body off and put it on a newer 4X4 chassis. It has a dump bed.
He had to cut the firewall and he used a wheelbarrow for the recessed firewall. One safety feature he put in was to wire the starter button to the key, so the key has to be turned on for the starter button to work.
He also put a power switch on the truck. He added a radio and it always has power, so he didn't want it draining the battery.
He drives it to work on a regular basis and uses it to haul hay for his horses.
I'm not a fan of frame swaps. They can be done and this one is ok I guess but it just makes me cringe when I see the front tires sticking out because the axle is too wide.

But that's all the rage now. I cringe when I see these new trucks that have their tires sticking way out and they do that on purpose.
