You can try to put a support clip on the far side. Some cars came with those. Or you can try to put a split collar on the shaft as it comes out of the housing with the 3 screws.
The problem is the hole in the 3 hole housing is worn out. So the 90 degree bend can now fit through this oversize hole and it lets the visor sag. A collar like in the link below would keep it from going through the hole.
There is a better fix.
On the newer trucks the visor has a rod that sticks out the end that fits into a bracket that screws into the inner roof panel.
Get both visors and the 2 brackets and swap them into your truck.
You will need to drill holes for the brackets but the visors will bolt in to the old holes.
If I did not buy 2 new visors and painted to match I would of gone this route ...... and still may.

The hole in the 3 screw flange kept it from sagging. There is a heavy spring on the backside of the flange on the visor rod. This spring keeps the visor rod 90 degree bend tight up against the hole in the flange. But as the hole in the flange wears out and gets oblong, it lets the spring start pulling the 90 degree part of the visor rod up in the worn out hole. The farther the 90 goes up in the hole, the more the visor will sag.
All you have to do is grab the end of the visor rod where the 90 is located, and pull down on it against the spring. The visor will straighten right up. But as you let go you will see the 90 degree part of the visor rod disappear up in the worn out hole, and that lets the visor sag.
