I have a 2021 F350 Lariat. Just recently I noticed my horn was not chirping when I locked my doors. Yesterday, just out of curiosity, I tried to honk my horn. Nothing. Checked the fuse, it was good. Had my wife attempt to honk the horn while I was checking the fuse for power. Still nothing. I’m at a loss because everything else seems to be working fine. Could the clock spring be bad?

I know thieves will cut the wires in the front grill to disable the horn when breaking in the truck. Have you checked those by chance?
I have a 2019 F350 and had my horn go bad about a year after purchasing.
Located the horn circuit and checked voltage at the horn itself and was hot there so I knew the relay was ok and such and just needed the horn itself.
This was during Covid and the dealer was backed up for at least a month.
My dealer had them in stock and then spoke to the service guy.
He told me to reinstall it and bring the truck back in a month or so when they were availible and they would “troubleshoot” the issue and it would be covered under warrenty.
I then went to the parts dept. and paid $65 and put it in myself.
The service guy also said that if I installed the horn it wouldn’t be covered under warrenty in the future going forward.
So I guess I got that going for me.

I have no power at the fuse. Was told that the relay (built into the BJB) is what feeds power to the fuse when the horn is activated.
It is true, the part he self installed would no longer be covered under the original manufacturers warranty (if they are aware that it was replaced by him). It would be covered by the Ford parts warranty, which is in many cases, 2yrs/unlimited miles.
