2001 Excursion 7.3 no start
I had a rattle in my exhaust so I used a piece of wire to prevent it from hitting the heat shield. afterward it’ll fire up run about 1 sec then die. No WTS, no gauge movement with key on. Clearly the wiring of the exhaust shorted something. I removed the wire from the exhaust, can not find any blown fuses. Checked fuse 30, checked PCM diode, and checked 30 amp starter maxi fuse. Not sure where to go next or why basically grounding the exhaust to the frame caused this.
