I think you would be lucky to get 5 digits for it personally. Maybe low 5 digits if people like trucks in your area.
The 6.0l and rust is the main issue. Parting it wont be that awesome as you have to tear it apart and then get rid of it after for scrap (lots of time). Also, the 6.0l in excursions is slightly different i believe so it would be a hard sell. Dana 50 front is meh. Better off selling it as a whole IMO. I live in a place with winter and I understand how hard it is to control rust. If you live in a place with rust, people are more tolerant as long as the AHJ's are ok with it. You won't get top dollar.
I will say these things are pretty popular with the right crowd. List it highish and see what you get for offers. Watch out for the scams.
So to wrap up this thread. I ended up selling to one of my employees who has wanted it since he started working for me. He knew about the rust and was all to happy to deal with it on his own. Ended up selling it to him for $7,500. I think I could have sat on it and gotten more but I don't like tire kickers, I get to deal with them in my business life, don't want to do that in my personal.

Thanks again to everyone who responded.
That's the best outcome IMO, for it to go to someone who will work on it.
