Adaptive steering fault
2021 F350 and the adaptive steering is bad and the whole steering wheel needs to be replaced. Part is back ordered and have been waiting for over 6 weeks. Ford has no idea when they will be shipped out! Any body else having this problem?

Same issue
I am in the process of buying a used 19-F350 and prior to buying they are replacing the faulty AS - i was just told the same, that it is back ordered. Very frustrating. Please post if you hear any updates and I will do the same.

YES! And, I have been waiting since November 2023 with no ETA! Sounds like Ford produced a lemon part and can't figure out how to fix it. Ford Parts told me I was #62 on the list waiting. Sounds like a class action lawsuit should be coordinated. I can't even sell my truck with this issue.
