.i have a 2006 6.0 powerstroke and can not for the life of me figure out the no start issue. wouldnt start last winter (2022-2023) starting fluid and long cranking would get it going and sometimes die after. diagnosed it as the front cover. replaced the front cover and lpop gears. started as soon as icp hit 500. ran for 5 seconds sounded good and noticed oil leaking from front cover crank seal (wear sleave was not installed). installed wear sleave. crank no start. pulled ipr and screen was full of metal so rebuilt ipr screen and o rings. now after new 6.4 starter and correct icp reading cranking slows after 1600 icp with no start. got it to start for 2 seconds on a bunch of starting fluid then died. cranks .evenly until it hits 1600 icp and then starter slows down and has un even crank. 3rd ficm has been installed, used out of running truck last 2 were autozone reman. any advice would be helpful. screen shots off scan tool are in post. upon uploading last 2 pics with low ficm voltage and no sync will check on that tommorrw and post new result. that is the used ficm

 

did confirm new(used) ficm has 48 volts while cranking and koeo
