351 swap in a ranger

Hey everyone, My father owns a repair shop and one of his customers put a 351 in a early 90's ranger. He ran into trouble putting the manifold back on......it won't fit....hitting on the frame. I was wondering if anyone here has done this swap before and ran into the same problems. Or if any one has any advice on what to do about it. Maybe lift the motor.....( bigger motor mounts), or get some headders that would fit.......i don't know I'm not really a ford guy......that's why I came to this site for help.......lol.

Please help, thanks
