If the check doesn't clear tomorrow, November 26, 2003 I would like to have it back. If I had known it was going to be this much trouble, I would have never sent a check. I'll have to send a money order of something because the check seems to be a never-ending circle. (especially with the holidays coming up) I hope this doesn't upset you, but I'm kind on a time crunch so to speak. Honestly, I should have sent a money order to begin with.
Again, don't take this the wrong way. It's just been a crazy week with the holidays coming up. I guess I still have a little bit to vent about but hey, that's business right? Anyways, will the chip at least be in by the beginning of next week? I really hope I'm not being a bother with all my calling and stuff. I'm just trying to meet a deadline by next week. If it can't be met, that's still ok. You're cool with me.
You're not bothering me. I completely understand, waiting on something like a chip can seem like an eternity. We used to be a lot more liberal about checks.... until we recently got taken by a state trooper on a 2 chip order. Took us months to get payment, and that didn't happen until we managed to get a copy of our invoice across his superior's desk.
Jolene rules the roost when it comes to invoicing (I own the company but she's been here long enough that I don't want to suffer her wrath!) she's taken a very firm stance on this. Mainly because I give her hell when something goes wrong (not really)!
I'll check in the morning to see if it cleared. If it has, I've overnight it at my expense. I want you to be happy with this purchase, customer satisfaction is important to me (even if I'm occasionally grumpy!). Let me know your t-shirt size as well and I'll throw in a freebie.
