It just needs to be assembled with the 2 pins and the 2 levers and the spring
You take those parts out of your old shift tube
Work on the bottom end first then install it in the vehicle
Then you work on the upper end where the rubber insert goes that retains the pin
There should be a video or two online to watch
I might be able to find the cookbook procedure in one of my manuals
