electrical issue

I installed grill led lights. I tapped into the marker light circuit for the whites to come on when the markers are on. for the turn signals I tapped into the front turn signal circuit. All the lights work as normal until I start the truck. They go out and no functions work. I redirected the ground from the frame to the battery with no difference. I am at a loss as to what to do to fix this. PLEASE HELP.

You may have to install relays and use a solid 12v power supply. Lighting circuits in newer vehicles are complicated and use pulse width modulation. The BCM or other modules don't like added loads and LEDs can be especially problematic.
