What are these?

Well I got my high idle fixed, and just going down the line on what's needed, and I have these weird rubber hoses that are by the fuel filter on my 99 f250 v10

The old rubber hoses, i believe they are 3/8s but i would like to know what they are and what i mighty need to do before i remove them to replace them

Tank vent lines, or fuel return lines depending on which your talkin about.

thanks, yeah it's the rubber line connected to the three way, they are roached so im gonna replace them, shouldn't be too bad but you never know
