Dully Wheel Corrosion
Anybody know if Ford changed the wheels on the DRW trucks to ones that don’t corrode around the valve stems and leak air. If so, what year were they updated to non-corroding wheels.

that's the key, rubber stems. With the metal stems and unlike metals there was galvanic corrosion going on. No way around that other than to use rubber

Thanks for the info. For some reason my dealer did not install the rubber stems as outlined SSM 47992 when they replaced my wheels, I even informed them about the bulletin. Now they are corroded and leaking again, story of my life.
