I have a 2000 Lincoln Navigator that has no power at all every part I have changed been tested and bench tested to make sure they work, and they do and the battery has been changed to a brand new one. I did a diagnostic on the Lincoln, and I had a code for miss firing in cylinder 2 and 4 and I change the plugs and the ignition coils are not even 6 months old after that it just lost all power did, I do anything wrong when all I did was change the plugs? I really need to know.

You might have a clogged catalytic converter.
How many miles were the misfire codes active and was it misfiring all the time?
Our 2003 Exped had intermittent misfire codes on 6 & 7 from a water leak caused by a misaligned firewall insulator blanket.
It doesn't rain much in southern Calif so it was intermittent for a few months, then didn't rain for 10 months and started misfiring again the next winter.
Does the engine rev to above 2K RPM when stopped in park, but can't get to that rpm when driving under load?

Reason: wrong year for Exped

What is your lack of power? Engine output? Electrical power?

I am in southern California and I have 165000 on my 2000 Navigator and this is the first time it acted like this no power at all when Isay no power I mean none what so ever
Our Exped had the cats slowly get clogged.
I first noticed when it wouldn't climb the Conejo Grade in Ventura County at more than 65 mph.
A few weeks later it could only climb the hill at 60, then a couple of weeks later 55.
At idle in park it would rev fine up to 3k, but punch it on an on-ramp and it crawled up to 60 mph.
The cat on the driver's side would rattle when pounded with a rubber mallet.
A few years later I had a similar issue with a E350 460, but it happened fast, one day it just wouldn't accelerate.
I found the honeycomb in the cat had disintegrated and piled up in the exhaust pipe just before the bend over the axle.
The exhaust both times was clogged.
There is a kit available these days that will measure exhaust pressure by replacing an O2 sensor with a pressure sensor.
Your issue may not be a clogged cat - how does it idle/rev in park, does it bog right off the line, can you get it up to any speed?
