OK, so after 4 months of this truck being in the shop and the issue continuing to happen and thousands of dollars in shop cost, I think I finally figured out what the problem is. (still in trial and error) but I think I got it nailed down.
The other day I was driving the truck with NO warnings or failures. It started raining and the windshield wipers turned on and then the headlights and fog lights turned on and then every module failed one by one. I sat there pissed off and then I thought hold on a sec maybe I should turn my lights off and when I did that all the systems came back on line immediately. I then turned the lights on and everything was still off and then I turned the fog lights on and BINGO everything failed again. I then shut the fog lights off and I have run the truck for almost 1K miles with 0 issues.
1 week before all of this started happening I had one of the LED fog lights replaced directly from ford with an OEM Ford part.
I am still in the testing mode but I am certain that it is the Fog light that has ben causing this issue.
