Seat function
I have a 2017 F350 and the switch for the seat massage/lumbar adjust (driver side) stopped working last sept. had it at the dealership for other repairs and they could not duplicate the issue. It happened again and they said they repaired loose wires behind the seat. Now it has happened again it will not work with the screen control either, I took it to the dealer and he said I needed to download the latest SYNC update that there was too much data on the screen??? I downloaded the update had to purchase an 8GB usb drive and spent about an hour and it started working. Then it would not stop even with the truck turned off!! finally after pushing about every button I could find it did shut off. Has anyone else had this issue?
