MEMORY STEER PROBLEM

I have an Ford F250 that I put a level kit with 37 inch tires on and now I have horrible memory steer. When you go around a corner the steering wheel will only return to about the 10:00 or 2:00 O' clock position, also if you just steer the truck anywhere between 10 and 2 O' clock position it will just stick there and you have to turn it back. Below I have listed all the lift parts that were installed and all the parts that were replaced to try and fix the problem.

Caster after lift no shims 1.6L and 2.0R
Caster after lift with shims 3.3L and 3.5R

REPLACEMENT PARTS

All Parts Installed in this order one at time then tested

[ ] drag link both ends Moog

[ ] Tie rods both ends Moog

[ ] Upper / lower ball joints both sides EMF

[ ] 2 degree caster shims SPC

[ ] Axle shaft universal joints Dana Spicer

[ ] Power steering gear box Ford

TESTS

[ ] Installed 4 inch radius arm drop brackets with 2 degree caster shims. Adding approx 5.4 degrees caster on top of what existed. Maybe 10% better

[ ] Installed 4 inch radius arm drop brackets with 0 degrees caster shims. total caster 6.3L and 6.5R. Maybe 20% better.


[ ] Test performed...Disconnected drag link from pitman arm, steering full lock left and drive forward, steering will not return to center


[ ] Removed Icon steering stabilizer. No change


[ ] Installed factory steering stabilizer. No change

[ ] Installed stock wheels and tires 75 psi. No change

[ ] Scan for DTC on forscan. No codes

[ ] Pulled fuse for Electronic power assisted steering module. No change , just loss of 50% power steering


[ ] Returned truck completely stock. Maybe 65% better
