Hello, I have a question about the heater control, where is this cable and what function does it have?

Oh, you meant the red and blue wire. I thought you meant the cables that control the heater.

Pull the light bulb out. It just snaps into the hole. I never bothered to see what type bulb it takes since mine still works. Then, in that general area on the wiring harness, there will be 12v power to plug into.
