I updated my sync 4 to rev 934 this weekend giving me full screen on android auto, which is great.
With that, when I display google maps, the current location arrow is no longer centered in the screen. It is 2/3 of the screen to the right. Very odd to view this way since I am so used to it being centered.
Mine has had full screen android auto for quite a while now.
The offset of the vehicle location arrow, is because when you have routing entered in, the info covers the left 1/3 of the screen.
Switch the map over to satellite view, it's an even better experience.
I have version 610. There does not appear to be much difference between what I have and the latest version. Everything works well on 610. Here are some pics.

I am guessing Waze doesn't offer a satellite view???
I think you are correct. Just started using waze for the road warnings and might be better than Google maps for some situations. Have both set up at this point.
