Convert F450 camera to DVR security system
Has anyone figured out how to modify the installed cameras to operate like the Tesla system does? I'd like to use them as a security system around my truck.
I recently had someone kick my passenger door, and cause damage. I want to be able to detect motion and record the area around my truck.
Any solutions out there?

I haven't heard of anything like this. From what I've seen, folks are still trying to get tailgate cameras to do other stuff besides just tailgate duty, but nobody that I've seen has even started down a path of making it a security DVR camera.
