12v system?

We’re all 1960’s 12volts? Or did they also come with 6v systems?

Yes, and the second answer is no! 55' was the last year of 6 volt for F100's.

1928/55 Fords are 6V positive ground // 1956 and later Fords are 12V negative ground.
