I have a 99 f350 7.3l 4x4 auto. It's starts up I can move the shifter in to any gear.but will not move on its own power. If I let go of the brake (while it's in gear) it rolls like it in neutral. Please help. I have no idea.

Are you sure it is going into gear at the trans? Or are you just assuming it is in gear because the indicator says it's in gear?
Is this like an overnight issues or is it something that progressively got to this point? The more back story you provide the better the responses you'll get.

My E99 lost/wore out a range fork in my transfer case recently… same issue as it popped itself into neutral would not move under its own power.
Not saying that what your issue is just something to think about.
