I am having an issue with my right turn signal right now. Yesterday I was driving and it started blinking fast as if the bulb went out. I changed the bulb and the problem still persists. I looked today and the bulb turns on but it doesn’t blink. The front turn signal and the mirror turn signals work perfect, just blinking fast. Any suggestions on what the problem could be? 2011 F350 lariat
I dont have the schematic up in front of me, but I will take a look in a bit. I would think that if it was the relay all the bulbs on that side would be behaving the same. It may be getting an unintentional ground from somewhere, but I would start simple. If you swap the bulb from the working side does it behave the same?
I was able to take a look at the schematic this is the general exterior lighting schematic for F250s and F350s. If I were trying to diagnose, this is the circuit I would start with if switching the bulbs didnt work:

This is not applicable for his year truck, there is no flasher relay, the SCCM reads the turn signal stalk and converts it to a CAN bus message that the BCM reads, the BCM will then turn on/off the FET for each turn signal on the truck.

Great catch, I cant believe I missed that. For some reason I thinking the truck was earlier than 2011.
Sorry Jkern361x, please disregard my previous post.

There is no flasher relay starting in 2008 and up trucks, it’s all controlled by the BCM/SJB/interior fuse box. Each turn signal wire is controlled by a transistor that the BCM can monitor for shorts/open and flash when requested to.
For my right turn signal problem it was the wire harness kinda of under the fuse box rubbing on the inner fender liner. The rub was right after the plug. Wire was VT-OR and plug was called C210. There is a relay in this case for the rear only, so it could be that too. Mine was F250 with 6.2 so it could be different for you, but i would think it's very similar.
