The other night I made a rather abrubt stop and right after that noticed the left turn signal blinks really fast. I must have knocked something out of whack. So my question is can I change out the blinker like you used to be able to do in older vehicles, or what? Thanks.
All lights are operational. It is the left only, the right works normally. It looks like a strobe light. The only thing I did not check is what happens with the hazzard lights.
You've got a bulb out (front or rear - left side) or loose in the socket. I've been down this path beofre a few times with my 2000 PSD SCREW. In my case, bulb loose in socket - had to pull it and pry clips in socket together a little more. It's either loose/blown bulb or a wiring fault doing the same thing.
Happened to me recently. Yeah, the fast blinking relay means a burnt bulb on the side it is blinking fast. In my case it was the rear right. Bulb looked good but was actually bad, so I replaced the bulb and everything is all good again.
