Broken runner flap

Has anyone ever had a runner flap in the intake manifold on a 2017+ 6.2L F250 break or come apart and be sucked into the intake? From my understanding, they are plastic and known to become noisy making obvious ticking/tapping sounds at idle. Some people have worked around the noisy flaps by disabling the Intake Manifold Runner Control solenoids, plugging vacuum lines, and retuning computer controls.IMRC Workaround Others have replaced the intake manifolds if and when they can find one in stock. Again, my question is, has anyone actually had one or more of the flaps actually break?
