Help decoding a 11 digit vin

I moved you to F600 land. If the warranty tag is still on the door, you can post a picture of that and get it decoded for transmission and axle info.
As to parts, it depends on what you want. Much of the cab is common to the pickups and reproduction parts can be had. Brake parts, except drums, are available through several sources.
One of the most expensive things is wheels and tires. Check you wheels--if you have tubeless or split locking rings, you are "good". If not, check the pics here vs. what's on your truck and proceed with caution:

F60 = F600 gas, 4x2
C = 330 2V MD FT gas V8 (Medium Duty = 352/260 cast crank, small 1/4" oil pump drive and possibly FE water pump and other differences from the HD versions)
C = Ontario Truck Plant
C93481 = 1968 numerical series, February 1968 production.
