Running with low power
My excursion (2002 7.3L) is running poorly. Starts fine, runs a little rough when rev the engine and when it's driving I have to keep the throttle below about 30%(if that makes sense) otherwise I start to loose power. I'm looking for a cheap fix cuz I need to sell it.
