No Crank No Sync

Im finishing up a cab swap, 04 to 05.
Used all 05 harnesses except the engine harness.
Currently have a no-crank issue. It does crank with the yellow jumper wire, but won't fire.
Through my testing, I have no CKP, CMP Sync, and no FICM Sync.
After I tried the jumper wire it just didn't seem to be cranking right so I ran a buzz test.
Came back with 1,4,6,7. Which I know are all on the same connector.

FICM has good power Logic and Keypower was at 12V and the Main power was 49-48V

Would a bad FICM cause all these issues? Or even that 3rd connector having issues cause a lack of Sync?

From what i gathered through my research prior to my swap was id still be able to use my 04Engine wire harness, makes life easier as well, mostly so I don't have to move the EBP sensor or spend the money on an engine harness.

I also should note that I am using the 05 PCM that i got with the cab.

Just to clear it up some, you go to KOEO and everything lights up? But then you push the key to hit the starter and no crank?

YES, you can still have a bad FICM even with good voltages. Those four injectors all use a common FICM software driver.
