Hey guys, reaching out to try and get some feedback. 24' srw 350 limited, 150 miles on the clock, had a good heavy rain Saturday and went out to move it yesterday and take the dealer paper floor pcs and throw away and noticed the passenger floorboard is soaked. Any ideas where i need to look???

if it's wet in the back as well ( unless the truck is parked in a front high angle ) then the pass rear cab pressure vent is most likely not snapped in all the way ...you can usually tell by looking down between the cab and bed with a good flashlight. Check other side as well...that's the first place I would look...
Another thread identified a clogged hole in the outside vent drain. I'll see if I can't locate the thread.
The gist of the thread identified the leak coming from the outside vent intake area. Open the hood and look at the plastic collector that lies underneath the vent slats area on the passenger side, the area between the hood and the windshield. Rainwater (or from a car wash, etc.) is supposed to run down the plastic under the vent slats, and where it collects there's a drilled hole. It could be that some leaves or debris is clogging that hole (and the water is backing up into the cabin).
Might be a potential source for the leak, and only takes a minute to rule it out.
I doubt the drain hoses being clogged already. Line not being connected would be my guess. Have dealer take care of it, and let Ford pay for the repair so they can correct it on the assembly line. If everybody fixes things themselves, it'll never get back to Ford and no corrective action is taken.
I've had the same issue on the driver side of my '22. The sunroof was adjusted and that eliminated the driver side leak, but I now have the same issue on the passenger side. The drains were NOT clogged as I could pour a 32 oz cup of water directly into the drain channels (with the roof open) and it drains just fine. However, with the roof closed, I can pour water on the meeting point between the moving panel and the stationary panel - and, poof, water shows up inside the truck. Its running from the moonroof somehow into the cab, hits the headliner and then flows to the A-pillar. It comes out at the A-pillar handle, drips onto the dashboard and down to the floorboard. Not a huge leak but enough to be noticed and likely stain the headliner if not addressed.
Took copious pictures and video of a good deal of water coming in that spot with the roof closed on a rainy day and shared with the dealer so I hope that will help identify the issue,. Happy to share those here if anyone needs/wants to see them.

Hi there. Feel free to send us over a private message. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
I’ve got the same thing happing on my 2024 f250 tremor with 400 miles on it…it’s been raining a week today was the first warm day and home and all windows were foggy check carpet completely soaked
I don't know why but all three domestic manufacturers still cannot figure out how to keep rain out of their trucks.
My last truck was a Ram 2500 without any sunroof or anything, it leaked like crazy after a couple of years and the dealership said they forgot to put a section of the rear window seal, but after they supposedly fixed it, it then started leaking through the front overhead consoles. Luckily I am out of that one now.
I am praying that my current F250 does not develop any leaks because the last three domestic pickups I owned all leaked and none of them had sunroofs.
ford cabs been leaking for a while. drowning the floor boards. plenty of threads. plenty of youtube vids. rams had the 3rd brake light but it was simple fix. wasnt aware they had other leaks
I ordered this truck with no sunroof to have less of chance of water leaks and my new interior is soaked just checked both rear vents and driver side is loose I’ll call dealer Monday meanwhile I’ve got it drying out if you have one of these trucks check your rear cab vents
Ford do better on your quality control!!
