Fold rear seat backs down and pour water down the exterior of your rear window above where the cab vents are. I’ve had 2 trucks let water in through them
I don't know why but all three domestic manufacturers still cannot figure out how to keep rain out of their trucks.
My last truck was a Ram 2500 without any sunroof or anything, it leaked like crazy after a couple of years and the dealership said they forgot to put a section of the rear window seal, but after they supposedly fixed it, it then started leaking through the front overhead consoles. Luckily I am out of that one now.
I am praying that my current F250 does not develop any leaks because the last three domestic pickups I owned all leaked and none of them had sunroofs.
I thought water leaks on the original Super Duty platform was very rare, but it seems its fairly common with the alumaduty's so I googled Ford Super Duty water leaks and sure enough tons of hits for alumaduty water leaks. Just goes to show Fords quality for both poor engineering and production has issues.

im shocked that there in no quality control I ordered this truck and a $10 part ruined it
I’ve got the same thing happing on my 2024 f250 tremor with 400 miles on it…it’s been raining a week today was the first warm day and home and all windows were foggy check carpet completely soaked
can almost guarantee it's the read cab vents...get a good quality flashlight and look down between the cab and bed...you'll most likely find the rear cab vent(s) are not snapped all the way in...

It is crazy that Ford still, after all these years, has not got the leaks under control. The aluminum body has been in production since the 2015 F-150, seems like plenty of time to figure this crap out.
As far as I know, the only water intrusion I get in my '19 comes from the vapor barriers in the doors. Some day I'll order some butyl tape and seal them up right, but until then, a small towel on the door sill during heavy or extended periods of rain does the trick.

We all know the 11-16 was the golden years. Best trucks ever built never to be surpassed in my opinion.
seems like the rear cab vents are a common culprit of leaks. what is the fix for them?
if it's a brand new truck, you can access from inside and you can pull them in until the tabs lock...just make sure the seal on the outside doesn't roll or get pinched or else it will continue to leak...if it's an older truck, maybe the seal is compromised and needs to be replaced...

And the fix shouldn't be trivial. My wife had a '11 Edge with the vista roof and it never leaked a drop.
