Heads interchangeable?

Hey guys, I have a brand new 2008 5.4 3v and my truck is a 2002 f150 with a 5.4 2v. I've done my research and came to the conclusion the 08 motor wouldn't go into my 02 truck without some major parts swapping, but I was wondering if the heads from my 02 would fit on the block of the 08

The heads will bolt to the block but the piston valve reliefs for the 2 valve pistons will not march up to the 3v heads
