Question 5.4l stroker kits / performance heads

Hey everyone,
I've got a 99' f150 4x4 extenda cab 5.4l 3.73
I had the spark plug blow out the head, now that i got it all open I'm looking for a beefier bottom end.
I see that ModMax has a stoker kit 5.4 to 5.7/5.8 and i'm wondering if anyone has had any input on weather this is a good kit or not.
I am also looking for some performance heads:
will the fr500's fit on a 5.4 modular engine?
how different are the flow rates compared to the heads I have now(with 1 heli coil)?
what about the stock navigator heads 32v ?
I would appreaciate any comments
Thanks

does anyone know if the 2000-2003 mustang SVT cobra heads will fit on the 99 5.4l block?
Does anyone have any flow rate info on cobra r heads, navigator heads, or the SVT heads?

If no one in here has any good answers for you maybe try asking again in the 4.6 and 5.4 forum and maybe check out www.fordmuscle.com

A stroker kit for an already stroked engine? For 20 measly cubic inches! No way.
