A/C Advice Needed

I am preparing the Ex for a cross country RV trip in May including a ride through Death Valley and Southern Arizona so my A/C needs to be at 110%. The dealer has replaced the condenser, orifice tube, compressor and flushed the lines, I have replaced the low pressure switch and been driving it to see the outlet temps. The cooling fan clutch has been replaced and a new stator has been installed to replace the broken one. I hear the fan kick on when the engine temps go up when towing.

We had a 74 degree day last week when I drove it and the best output temp I saw was 49 degrees front and rear 47 degrees. Today it is 57 degrees out and I am getting 49 degree outlet temp.

Pressures today are static 50L 120H and running 40L 160H with no fluctuation. IMO I should be seeing colder temps.

I am suspect of a dirty evaporator core in the front and maybe the back too since our dogs ride in a cage back there.

What are your thoughts on this.

I suspect your manifold set valves are either not closed or they leaking between the two sides. Static pressures, once equalized, should be equal.
