Thank you for allowing me on site! I have a 2001 Ford F-250. I replaced compressor, office tube, flushed, accumulator and evacuated. Cleaned the evaporator by removing and hand washing. My pressures are 35 low and 200 high. My evap is not hardly getting cool, I believe I have good pressures but why am I not cooling? Engine temp is running normal to low so I assume the engine fan clutch is fine. Lost...anyone with advice...I would appreciate thank you
Your pressures say the refrigeration section is working fine. Use you fingertip on the evaporator inlet/outlet lines to see if they're cold (they should both be).
If that check passes, 1) clamp off the heater core flow and 2) check the operation of the temperature blend door.

thank you, I can adjust my temp **** and it will go from cool too hot, immediately like it’s working fine. I’ll clamp the hose though
