Viper alarm install help

Is this something anyone can help with? I have the alarm in and it is connected to everything. But the 10 pin remote start harness can screw things up, according to the person helping me. They said I need to figure out exactly what wires did what on the ignition switch, and know exactly what the connectors on the 10 pin harness for the viper do. The shock sensor also has a green wire that’s not attached and looped in the connector and wanted to know what that did cause I hit the shock sensor on the steering wheel while it was armed and it didn’t go off. I looked at the diagram for the ignition switch and didn’t understand what the things meant. Also for the 24 pin harness the pink wire said 200ma ignition 1 output. They said on other forums that isn’t needed but it wasn’t a ford forum.

I know this isn’t really something that I’d specific to these trucks, but I didn’t know where else to post it. Thanks for any advice.

Seems like a strange to read wiring diagram on top, the bottom one is a bit fuzzy to read to me. Is the remote start a seperate system from the alarm? If so, that does sound like a huge can of worms. They make kits that do both.

My understanding of that wiring diagram (which starts with 2 for some reason):

2. Needs power in run and start sounds like
3. Pin 87A on flex relay (says if required, do you need this)
4. Pin 30 on flex relay
5. 12v switch power source
6 & 7. Sound like something with Neutral safety switch maybe
8. Accessory (Do you have anything for this)
9. Flex relay 12v input
10. Is your actual ignition switch power

Your flex relay is gonna also need constant power and ground which should be pins 85 and 86. Wires 3, 3, & 9 conmect to this relay

Is the diagram asking for two seperate wires with switch power? (Wires 5 and 10)

The remote start is a part of the alarm. It just has its own harness to plug into the brains. Not sure if I need the flex relay, it seems like they label flex relay to whatever you need it to do? Accessory is not necessary right now but I may put it to something later on. I’m not exactly sure if 5 and 10 are both needed. By the sound of the video I watched it isn’t. This system is designed to work with trucks like mine and brand new cars so a lot of wires aren’t necessary. I don’t understand electrical very well I’m trying to learn, I have someone helping me install this. We just needed to figure out exactly what wire does what on both ends so we don’t fry something or have it shut down on me on the highway.

I found this diagram with my ignition switch in it (a12-15)
