One Touch window close not working

The one touch CLOSE operation on the drivers side doesn't work correctly all of a sudden.
It works correctly on the pass side but on the drivers when I pull the switch UP to close it closes normally but when it gets to the top it goes down quickly to 3/4 open as if it hits a limit switch and returns.
It's a 23' in my sig line with dual AGM batteries. I do let it sit for a week at a time without driving but I fully charged the batteries to see if that may affect the operation but found no joy.
I know it's a dealer issue but if something simple I'd rather not deal with the dealer hassle 45 miles away.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

edit to add; I can close it fully with lifting up on the switch in increments( 2-3 times) but not all at once, it just drops back down.

I would try the reset procedure outlined in the owners manual. Hopefully that's all it will take.

Didn't realize there was a reset procedure... Headed over to my manual to see, thanks.

Please follow-up if the reset worked. I rolled my window up this week and the window stopped about 1/4" short of home, without explanation.

Here is the video from Ford on how to do it. https://players.brightcove.net/23798...=3767696865001

Yes, definitely need to do the reset procedure, the window in question is doing the bounce back, as if something is blocking it.
Reset by holding the down button until the window goes all the way down, holding it down for a few seconds after, then do the opposite, holding the button up until it goes all the way up, holding it for a few seconds after.
Window should work normally then.

Thanks for sharing

My Wife's 2022 f150 started doing exact same thing on pass window.

Man these windows move slow compared to previous generation..

I've had issues with the "one touch" not closing properly when the door seals were removed then reinstalled. Reseating the seals fixed the issue.
For those looking for the reset procedure from the manual:

Resetting One-Touch Close
Carry out all steps within 30 seconds of starting the sequence.
Close the window.
Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds.
Press and hold the window control switch until the window is fully open. Keep the window control switch pressed for a few seconds.
Lift and hold the window control switch until the window is fully closed. Keep the window control switch held for a few seconds.
Note: Repeat the procedure if the window does not close when you use one-touch.

The 2021 F150 Plat i just traded on this 350 had bounce back issues right out of the gate and they had replaced the motor at first, but it came back couple weeks later and stayed with me for the duration of ownership. Had to reset it often by lowering window and holding the button down 10 seconds, then raising it all the way by keeping button down, and then and holding 10 seconds again. In the manual as already mentioned above.
