5.4 2v Engine Question
Hi,I got an 03 F250 with the 5.4l i'm currently in the process of waiting on my parts to arrive to get my Timing & Head gaskets done. While in doing so I got advice that while doing this job I should just go ahead and get heads to save me the hassle of doing the same process all over again just for heads. I understand that & would love to do this but my current problem is finding heads for the 2v 5.4. I saw the NuTech & Techhead has some on AutoZone. I was wondering if anyone has any review on these heads because I've never heard of anyone getting these heads before. Are they quality or not? I'm open to other head companies & ok with spending a couple $100 more for quality but I just don't know who to go with.

I'm getting new ones also because since its the good ole 5.4 it blew out cylinder 8 spark plug enough to rip out the 2 bottom threads in the head. Had an shop put in the fix spark plug adapter piece in just don't want to buy an 1 different spark plug every time I do spark plugs. So I would like to get new heads but don't know where I could find the best quality head.
