I posted this in the Audio/Video forum and got nothing, so I'll try here. First off, we just picked this van up yesterday. However, we have owned an Econoline since 2013. It has the pictured stereo. I select the phone button and the display lists "No Phone". I push the #6/ok button, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all. I pulled the fuse for the radio for 10 minutes as I saw that shocking a Bluetooth issue on an escape of the same year. My owners manual packet includes info on the Sync and I tried those structures. I did see a forum post from a few years ago saying that older sync wasn't being supported anymore. Does this also mean my Bluetooth capability is gone? I disconnected the battery for about 10 minutes tonight with no change.
