So im currently restoring a 1977 highboy and Im now starting to plan the interior design. Just wanted to see pics for inspiration and where you got the carpet, dash, door panels, etc. Mainly focused on black interiors.
Well, it's fortunate you're leaning toward black. I think all the reproduction dash pads, and door panels are molded in black material. The other colors are just painted on. I think I got most of it from LMC, but I do remember the dash pad came from Dennis Carpenter.
That's a new dash pad, with a molded carpet cover on it to protect against UV. The floor is replacement textured vinyl, but it's several years old.
A requested. New paint on all the interior and jams. New black dash pad, redyed black seat belts. New black vinyl floor cover, new black carpet under seat and on back wall. Lariat button black headliner. Black door panels with stainless steel trim. Black Super Duty seat. Black seat belt reel covers. Black sun visors.
Vinyl floor I think it was from LMC. Fit like crud and had to do lots of adding (self adhesive panels) onto the sound and heat shield deadener floor cover kit (from LMC), to get it to lay right. https://www.lmctruck.com/1973-79-for...at-shield-kits
Stock Interiors has a great rep and so does Dennis Carpenter for repop parts.
It isn’t black but…….stock headliner, stock dash, stock sun visors, dash pad stock, door panels with stock SS trim on custom insert. 96 Ford 40/20/40 seat in Ford OEM material. Loop carpet from OC auto carpets. Fit really nice. I also got the matching mats in loop. Again super nice.

I got the molded dash cover from AutoKrafters, the top carpet cover from LMC, I made the three piece door panels. Handles from Amazon.
I have newer, tighter fit tweed seat covers from Seat Covers Unlimited. On the dash is my XM recvr. docking station.
