Courtesy Lights
I have a '23 SD and when I open the doors the courtesy lights won't turn on about 1/2 the time. I have a Lariat and it has the physical switch near the upfitter switches. It is turned on. I keep getting a warning on my app that says "some remote features disabled" or something like that. Once that happens I have no courtesy lights until I start the truck. Is there any way to make that not happen? Very annoying to go out to my truck in the morning and not be able to see inside unless I start the truck.

In your case it may be that one or both of your batteries are getting weak. I say that because you're getting that message on your app. In my case it was the BCM. My courtesy lights would never come on when doors were opened. The dealership had to replace the BCM and reprogram it. This was done under warranty in November. So far it's still working great.

Could be. If it keeps doing that I'd have the dealer do a diagnostics test on your truck and see what pops up. Maybe it just needs to be reprogrammed. Hard to say.

I have the same thing when my 23 sits for a few days but I don’t get the notification on my app. Its like once the battery voltage drops to a certain point it keeps them off. They will come on if I hit the start button without starting though, very odd. Once I drive it they will work for a day or two but by day three they will not until starting.
